I recently completed an application for a 1bd 1bth apartment through the website. I dealt with Tiffany in the office and paid the fees. I dealt with Tiffany in the office and paid the fees. The following day I was told the owner raised the prices overnight, taking advantage of inflation ($1740 for an old apartment, up from $1470). They offered no options other than to give me a refund, and said the owner wasn't willing to honor my application. I agreed to the refund, and was told I'd receive it within 7 days, not 30, in the form of a check (although I hadn't applied using a check). Forty-two days later, I still hadn't received my money, and after I called the corporate office, I was told it had been sent to my old address. I had explicitly informed them that I wouldn't be at my prior residence, and asked if they could update my current address, which I had since moved out of state. Despite my multiple calls to the corporate office (see screenshot) I have yet to receive a response. I'm now taking further action, such as contacting the BBB and/or local news, if I don't get my funds back this week. It's unacceptable to treat customers like this during a pandemic, and this company should be ashamed! more ... hide ...

I came to see the property and decided to go for it When I went to apply online they only show 18 month as the shortest lease I tried to call to see if I could do shorter and no one answered called back responded to my text in the texting option or I came to see the property and decided to go for it When I went to apply online they only show 18 month as the shortest lease I tried to call to see if I could do shorter and no one answered called back responded to my text in the texting option or responded to my emailnAfter a week of trying I DROVE up there and was told I could do a year lease But then was informed when I apply online I have to call to have them change to 12 months I was given a different number than what is online and THEN was informed they wont honor the prices online They have UPPED the rent When I originally looked it was under 1500 for a 2 bed Online it says 1419 and 1619 In office they said 1885 Plus the add on fees are now 134 instead of 95 and they wont honor the online rate The property looks decently kept but the prices are now the same as my high rise with a parking garage more ... hide ...

Service was great Mrs Tiffany returned my call in a timely manner and the staff was great very accommodating looking forward to moving into my apartment
