I'm unable to even access my residence. This is a new building, yet the elevators are constantly out of order. Today, I departed the parking garage and when I tried to go back in, (because the gate had malfunctioned), I couldn't get in, so a few of u I'm unable to even access my residence. Today, I departed the parking garage and when I tried to go back in, (because the gate had malfunctioned), I couldn't get in, so a few of us were stranded outside. On the main entrance, parking is always taken, so this was a huge problem for me, especially since I have a newborn. I had to park far away, and then bring my child and groceries to the main entrance, because they made the entrance on my side (where I live) only an exit. After 8 pm, you can't enter or leave unless you go to the main entrance. They only give you one key (a fob), and if you lose it, you have to pay a $95 fee for a replacement. If you have children, they need to wait outside until you return home. If someone is caught using the stairs to enter or leave, they will be fined $200-$300. If someone is caught using your key (fob), they will deactivate it, and you will be charged a $50 penalty. If you are caught again, you will be evicted. This is no exaggeration; I just want to be able to get in and out of my home without a hassle. I don't recommend anyone move here, unless it's absolutely necessary. These apartments are very nice, but the staff here treat us like more ... hide ...

The regional manager is extremely rude and unprofessional and they talk to you like a child if any issues sign this petition lets get rid of these unprofessional human beings
