I recently received an email that an apartment was available and to register to reserve it. I paid a deposit and a fee of $335, yet did not receive any confirmation of approval. Subsequently, I received a check for my deposit in the mail which I deposited on Monday; however, today, the funds were reversed with a "returned item" notication. When I called my bank, they told me to contact the merchant, yet I have NEVER been able to get anyone on the phone! Additionally, I am no longer able to log into my account because my password is no longer valid. My attempts to contact the apartment complex have been futile since no one ever answers their phone or returns messages. Every time I have gone to the office, I have been met with an empty space. This experience has been highly unsatisfactory, and I am now left without my $300. Consequently, I am filing a police report as this apartment complex is a scam. more ... hide ...

This is my fourth year at Fulton Pointe and the differences are astonishing. The staff is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, caring, and dependable. Ms. Jackie, the property manager, is a hard worker who expects a lot from her staff and her tena This is my fourth year at Fulton Pointe and the differences are astonishing. The staff is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, caring, and dependable. Ms. Jackie, the property manager, is a hard worker who expects a lot from her staff and her tenants. She is very friendly and encourages everyone to be their best and strive for excellence. Recently, Ms. Byrd was promoted and Ms. Jackie made sure we had a chance to congratulate her and say our goodbyes. There have been so many fun events and competitions, but I'll stop here to say that often people write long negative reviews about people and places and neglect to recognize excellence. When I first moved in I said I would only stay a year, but now I'm uncertain when I will leave. A huge thank you to Ms. Jackie and Mr. Larry who once jumped into a dumpster to find my ruby ring.
