Few laundry rooms are available and the washing machines are often full with standing bug-filled water. Dryers don't dry clothes in one cycle, making you spend double the amount to get your clothes dry. Furthermore, you can only top-up your card at a kiosk in leasing office during office hours - including no chance on Sundays. During COVID times when doors were locked, this became even more difficult and now staff reluctantly open the doors for short periods of time. The kiosk is cash only (bills over $10) which was amusingly laughed at by front desk lady on my first visit; great customer service! We used to be able to do our laundry till 10pm, but signs say 8pm now and sometimes it's locked up earlier than that if guy decides to go home early. If you're unlucky enough to have your clothes locked up inside overnight, there's no guarantee they'll be dry by morning! Rent should reflect decent living standards especially if you need a basic chore done after work in same place where you sleep - Indigo fails here miserably!more ...hide ...
