Ms. Clarissa does the BEST she can given the circumstances, but I have experienced a lot of error when it comes to paying rent online, the amount changes to charges not listed on lease! Easy fix, its just very hard getting in contact with someone in office. You wont get any response to an email, so dont even bother. I do enjoy the convenience of the location!
