They don't reply to emails and the one person I have encountered seemed confused when I was asking a question. When I tried to renew my lease, I asked to keep my reserved spot; however, there was nothing in the agreement apart from the charges. I sent a message twice from the resident portal, but they didn't look at it until I visited their office. Even then, I didn't get a response for a couple of weeks until I followed up again. The same person seemed to struggle understanding what I was asking and then I was told to call the after-hours number. Not only did my rent jump up significantly, but it appears they are overcharging me this month. They also took away the reserved parking sign earlier than they should have, so they pocketed more money without providing the service I paid for. I would advise you to stay away from this place as the management is terrible and I wouldn't be surprised if the situation gets worse before I leave.more ...hide ...
I was disappointed with the new management company that took over my old one. Their practices were shady and communication was poor.
