She is now living with her friend and her friend's kids in a one bedroom. How can the rent be increased so drastically after such a short period of time? In my opinion, the place is not worth that much money. It needs an upgrade before they try to charge so much. The only amenity it offers is a subpar swimming pool, which is even smaller than my neighbour's. The parking is bad, the roads are terrible, with a giant speed bump, and if you have a lowered car, good luck. At the back of the apartments, there's a ditch and the sound of the traffic from the highway. The stairs to the second floor feel unstable, and the air conditioning is also bad. I could go on and on about why this place is not worth $1,200 a month. In conclusion, they did my friend wrong and now she is homeless with two kids, which is terrible. If anyone is considering living here, they should know what they are getting into. UPDATE: 10/02/2017 Her credit has been ruined by this place and she is unable to find a more reasonable place to live. This has been a truly destructive experience.more ...hide ...

It€™s literally three cars to each apartment and you can even enjoy the luxury of what you paid for. They should have the people that€™s not on the lease park in visitor area and at least put number parking for each apt . This is everyday struggle for me . I have fight for parking space since are new neighbors move in and they put chairs on the parking space even lounge it€™s terrible. I€™m so over it. They bark like they are the biggest dog on the block, but you notice pretty quick that its all just a bark. They describe everything in these apartments to be this posh utopia that people dream of living in, its all just a cover for what they really are, I encourage you to go see for yourself. You can see by just roaming the exterior. During a simple tour, management showed how restrictive and unwilling they are to work with their tenants. Literally out of 30-35 apartments I visited, the only ones that had a problem with everything. I wont go into specifics but they were really assertive and they act like they are a place to die for when there are much more apartments out there for WAY less. Glad I found one and glad I didnt end up a tenant here, not like it was going to happen.more ...hide ...
