His 2 BR on the 2nd floor is reasonably priced and cozy. He appreciates the in-unit washer and drier, as well as the walk-in shower. This location is consistently being improved, so it looks fresh. The Chopin gives a complimentary shuttle to stores and banks, has covered parking for an extra cost, a coffee shop in the lobby, and multiple organized activities per month. Some occupants even organize their own events, which is a great indication of the lively senior community. Residents may pay cash for meals ($5-$7) at the assisted living building next door, and can either be served at the dining room or pay a small fee for boxed-up meals. So far, my friend is satisfied with The Chopin. If this appeals to you, give them a call to book a tour.
