My mother and I stayed in apartment 110 of building 615 for seven years. When we first moved in it was great; the place was beautiful and there was a sense of community. Over the years this changed, however, as we had to go through mold remediation thrice - twice in one month and then again almost a year later - but Grinker never fixed it correctly. Also during this time I found out that people were suing them because of mold. My mom's health kept deteriorating too which made me think that Riverwood was only about money and what they could charge people for their services; eventually we were evicted so they could refurbish our home to demand more rent from someone else. If you have any queries, make sure to get an answer on paper since the same question may elicit different responses each time you ask it! Nevertheless I am relieved that I moved away since not only did my WE energies bill reduce but more importantly my mum's health improved drastically - they refused to check a wall for mold despite us insisting there must be some due to multiple leaks; our friend who stayed there for fourteen years had been forced out also so Riverwood could charge higher rent from someone else. Even nowadays their garage door is always broken as is their elevator - if this review stops even one family from making the mistake of relocating here then writing it will have been worth every second!
