Do not be deceived by the cost! This building is full of rodents, massive insects, narcotics peddlers and sex workers. It is not appropriate for kids. I have reported to the management concerning the mice in my unit and the stench of marijuana/garbage in the corridors, but they haven't done anything to aid me. I have been stuck in the outdated elevator twice, and the fire squad had to be contacted to save me. They told me they've been coming there for ages because of that same antiquated elevator. After they help people out, they keep that elevator shut for days. There are two elevators, but the old one is the only one that goes down to the cellar where the washroom is. Even the washing machines are terrible. Whenever I go to do laundry there, one out of the four washers is always broken. There are plenty more issues with this flat, like: being robbed/stared at by some weirdo(s), seeing a shooting outside your window followed by a female's screams for assistance in the middle of the street, your significant other being offered "a good time" by a prostitute while strolling down the passageway, being irritated by an elderly person who constantly inquires if you have a cigarette each time they see you, the fitness area is a joke (the window won't even open, etc. If you are an accountable, considerate tenant who anticipates other tenants to be the same, I would more ... hide ...
