They said they had a unit that would be accessible within two weeks, so I underwent the entire application procedure and was accepted with no issues. I was even given an appointment to sign the lease. However, I received a call from the office manager on the morning of my appointment stating not to come in because I couldn't sign the lease that day with no explanation. When I contacted them, they said they were running a recertification process and that I couldn't move in until it was finished. I reiterated my move date and wanted to make sure they would be done before then, as it was a date that couldn't be changed. I kept calling over the ensuing couple of weeks because my move date was coming closer and they did not keep me informed. They simply repeated that they weren't ready, forcing me to rent a storage unit and stay on a friend's couch for a month. By mid-July, they still hadn't completed the process and IGNORED ME. They didn't answer any of my calls or return any of my messages. I had to find a completely new apartment and hire the moving company again, costing me an extra $700. I also can say they work with you they know times are hard with COVID-19 they know situation is happening but they are compassionate and understanding and they will support you so if you decide to live in Jackson Square, Apartments all you have to do is become a part of the solution not the problem and you wereWell enjoy your time as a tenant as I havemore ...hide ...
