Shelby Heights is absolutely a wonderful place to live and a great value I have been living here for nearly 15 years and I love the location the quiet peaceful environment and many exceptional features of the apartments The complex is located on a foShelby Heights is absolutely a wonderful place to live and a great value I have been living here for nearly 15 years and I love the location the quiet peaceful environment and many exceptional features of the apartments The complex is located on a forested hill next to Steele Creek Park a popular nature preserve and recreational area There is a paved walking trail from Shelby Heights that goes right to one of the park entrances The complex feels out in the country but it is actually very close to grocery stores two malls the med center and the historic downtown area Shelby Heights is also close to the main routes to all of the other TriCities In fact I have worked jobs in Johnson City Kingsport and Abingdon while living at Shelby HeightsnnThe apartments have a great layout with big rooms and a huge amount of storage space The master bedroom of the twobedroom apartment has a huge walkin closet with two poles for hanging clothes long shelves and a strong light The bathrooms are exceptionally large and have very useful long countertops big drawers and additional storage space The washerdryer hookups are located in a side room off the long hallway I really enjoy the large porch with a complete roof that stays dry when it rains Having a separate kitchen dining room and living room make the apartment feel even more like a home Also the kitchen has a high number of cabinets and drawersnnThe management is very responsive to renter issues maintenance and repairs Whenever something stops working or breaks down the staff responds quickly and fixes everything The central air units and water heaters work so efficiently the electric bills are really low compared to other apartment complexes and homes They increased the number of parking spaces a few years ago so there are no parking problems and plenty of spaces I also appreciate how hard the management team works to keep the grounds clean and to maintain a very safe environment Thank you Shelby Heights for making such a great homemore ...hide ...

Walls are paper thin so you can hear your neighbors fight, snore etc. If youre not a smoker and the neighbors under you,next you are you will not be happy.
