Cummings Place has been an excellent complex to rent from I feel safe here alone at night and dont worry about break ins or theft Apartments have washer and dryers in them which the complex maintains it is such a cost and sanity saver Maintenance is Cummings Place has been an excellent complex to rent from I feel safe here alone at night and dont worry about break ins or theft Apartments have washer and dryers in them which the complex maintains it is such a cost and sanity saver Maintenance is great about fixing any problems that arise promptly The officemanager Catrina is so kind and seems to genuinely care about the residents she serves and maintenance man Matt is friendly and I trust him to enter my home for repairs when I am gone My neighbors are friendly and always willing to help each other jump start a car or borrow sugar The only downside to living here are the amenities Half the equipment in the workout room has been out of order for a while The WIFI is the worst I have ever used it is extremely unreliable and slow when it does work The pool is only open from memorial day to labor day which seems like such a waste in hot TN weather Most of those problems are most likely corporate policy that the local staff cant tamper with so I am overall very pleased to live here and would gladly recommend it to anyonemore ...hide ...
