When I visited the complex the maintenance man was very friendly The grounds looks very well kept along with the apartments Great job to the maintenance man
As I visited Rivercity I noticed how clean the grounds are I also spoke the maintenance man and the Manger thought both were inviting and made me comfortable The facility was clean

I dont like not having mgr on site, that was a big factor in renting at Northshore Flats. Its hard to get in touch with Lori, the trainees dont know who I am, Lori does.
