It is practically impossible to get in contact with anyone in the office, and if you manage to reach out, you are either routed to a customer service representative who doesn't live in the United States and therefore can't provide any help, or you are left without a solution. Maintenance requests are made nearly every month, and the emergency maintenance personnel rarely show up on time. The previous management was not ideal, but it was much better than the current one. I cannot wait for my lease to end. The pool was never cleaned, the apartments are in disrepair, the halls are stained and unclean, and the central air is often failing and nobody can seem to fix the problem. To top it off, they raise the rent and there are no parking spaces. Now my hot water has gone out and I've already reported it. Let's see how long it will take for the emergency maintenance to arrive. If I could, I would give it zero stars.more ...hide ...
