I recently relocated to Chattanooga and finding a place to live was not simple. Every property was occupied and not taking applications. Every property was occupied and not taking applications. Interestingly, they referred me to another one of their properties. The process was easy and effortless. I was worried as a young person that this would be a difficult endeavor, yet they were so supportive. The application process was great. They kept me informed the whole time and were accommodating when I had issues paying my rent due to reduced hours at work. They referred me to a rental Assistance program and worked with me to make payment plans to avoid getting too far behind. If something is wrong with my apartment, all I have to do is submit a work order and maintenance takes care of it right away. It's a great apartment community with a washer in the apartment and a gym in the rental office. Plus, there's a nice pool and grilling area. I'm looking forward to summertime! From other reviews, I can tell that whatever issues they were having seem to have been resolved, likely through new management. The staff is great and they have all you could need. If you're looking for an apartment, I highly recommend it, especially if it's your first one! It's very near to the main highway, making it easy to get around the city and to the mall.more ...hide ...

My director and her assistant were great, but executive management was terrible. Inferior treatment of loyal employees was rewarded while those who spoke out against it were punished. There were inappropriate relationships between executives which had a detrimental effect on everyone's career progression. The result of an employee survey showed that 100% of staff would leave within 12 months - this is not a disgruntled former employee speaking, these are facts! The board of directors needs to take action or things will continue to get worse for the individuals affected by this corruption.more ...hide ...

I really just wanted to put in a solid review for the maintenance department, specifically \"T\". The job was handled professionally and taken care of very quickly. More importantly I was super comfortable having him in the apartment alone as a woman. I have lived here for over a year. The previous office staff was very nice and would go out of their way to help you out. The new office staff does not care. When I moved out recently they are charging me for a trash fee for a month that I am not even living there as well as other ridiculous fees that I have never received from moving out of multiple previous apartment complexes. They are also charging me almost $100 for 3 blinds when only 2 were actually damaged (one of which was already damaged when I moved in over a year ago). I would NOT recommend this apartment complex to anyone with the new changes they have made.more ...hide ...
