This was my first apartment in Johnson City and it was the worst mistake ever. I lived in apartment #7, which was one of the updated 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartments. I lived in apartment #7, which was one of the updated 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartments. However, the updates were cheaply done. For instance, you could see the patch work in the walls, the drawers in the kitchen did not pull out properly, and paint would peel from being painted over multiple times. In addition, people would maintenance your apartment without notice and just walk in. The lawn care was also very loud. I ended up having them terminate my 12 month lease after 5 months due to my neighbor in #8 being EXTREMELY loud. She would play music upwards until midnight and management would not handle the issue. Her guests were just as loud and disrespectful towards me just because I would ask if they would turn down the music because I had class/homework to finish. During the day, the music was much worse and I could hear word for word what song she was listening to from my apartment. Again, management would not handle any of this and let it continue. In my 5 months here, there has also been 2 times that peoples car were broken into and their stuff thrown in the street. Lastly, I would come home after being at school and my entire apartment would smell like weed and cigarettes from other renters smoking inside their apartments . Other than all of that,the apartment complex is conveniently located to downtown Johnson City and to ETSU but there are better places to rent from more ... hide ...

People outside screaming at each other every single night People allow their children to throw balls at cars and run around all times of days and night Make sure not to leave any valuables even pocket change in your car or people will be peeking in y People outside screaming at each other every single night People allow their children to throw balls at cars and run around all times of days and night Make sure not to leave any valuables even pocket change in your car or people will be peeking in your car and might even bust out a window to get to it They allow people to park in fire lanes on sidewalks and basically anywhere they want The updates to the apartments are very cheaply done You can see where they tried to just slap paint over the peeling kitchen cabinets and some of the drawers dont work Not to mention the giant pile of nasty old furniture they keep piled by the entrance No washerdryer hookup is a cherry on top too For the prices of these apartments you could live somewhere without screaming in the parking lot 5 nights a week These would have potential if they screened the people they choose to lease to better Management has decided none of this is their issue and I hope anyone who is choosing a place to live REALLY take this review into consideration because you will be miserable living here more ... hide ...

The Manager is amazingly sweet shes great with kids The area is well kept and nice Beautiful surroundingsquiet neighborhood Definitely 5 StarsnMarsha Pierce
