I resided at The Edge for approximately four years. During that time, a lot has altered. The best part of the place is undoubtedly the maintenance personnel, especially Lorenzo. They were always quick, courteous, and very kind to my pet! The downside I resided at The Edge for approximately four years. During that time, a lot has altered. The best part of the place is undoubtedly the maintenance personnel, especially Lorenzo. They were always quick, courteous, and very kind to my pet! The downside is the staff in the rental office. Since Drew left, it has gone downhill so much that most of the workers are just inexperienced teenagers. Kayla, whom we call Karen jokingly, isn't very kind or helpful. When I found someone to take over my lease, they had already paid for the whole month, but she wanted me to pay it as well so they would get double the rent for that month?!? This was not accurate according to my contract and after a while of her being impolite, I managed to get it sorted out by someone else. The building is excessively noisy; it's like a glorified fraternity house for college kids. It's a great spot if you're seeking fun and are a young college student, but not a permanent residence. They are really pet-friendly, though, which I liked, and it had a fairly decent location. On the other hand, if you want something done properly, my advice is to go to whoever is in charge, since the staff changed a lot during my stay there. more ... hide ...
