If you try to tell the administration about it, they don't respond. The only way they try to solve anything is when you stop paying rent and take them to court and place their money in an escrow account. They don't care about their tenants, only after their money. Watch out for these dubious people. Follow up response to Redwood response...It is an affront to minimize someone and tell them they have the wrong residence as if you all don't recognize that you are infested with fleas! You all still aren't taking responsibility and that's the biggest issue I've had with you. It's one thing to disturb someone's life by being slumlords and neglecting your duties, but it's a slap in the face to never even get an apology or reimbursement.
