I have had the pleasure of working with the manager Gina She is always responsive professional and proactive It is rare to find someone who is always on top of their game Gina will definitely take care of your needs

This was the worst apartment complex that I have ever lived in If this review could help someone Ive done my jobnThe first week I moved in I knew I kept smelling a rotting smell but they put in a bunch of Glade plug ins to try to disguise the smelln This was the worst apartment complex that I have ever lived in If this review could help someone Ive done my jobnThe first week I moved in I knew I kept smelling a rotting smell but they put in a bunch of Glade plug ins to try to disguise the smellnI was infested with blowfliesphotos below that every time I came home they would be over the walls I had to knock them down from the walls which would be piles of themnIt turned out that under the stove was a dead mouse and the flies had lain their eggs inside of it and that was the cause of the fliesnAlso if you like being your own pest control move herenBaby cockroaches huge cockroaches flies mice galore The service they use for pest control is uselessnThe refrigerator wasnt keeping cold and they kept trying to tell me that it wasnt an issue Even on the highest temperature anything perishable would spoil Finally replaced it after I had to make an email complaint about it after 3 verbal onesnDishwasher kept leaking water on the floor after every use maintenance took their time on fixing it went through 4 of them even though the hose seemed to be the issue but they never took that into considerationnDont get me started on the neighbors I had the WORST neighbors who pretended that they couldnt understand English even though they spoke it always stomped like elephants or playing mariachi music at all hours of the night poured their toddlers dirty soapy plastic pool water over their balcony which was my front door and when I always informed the office of this I would get the run around or get the statement that they were moving they NEVER DIDnI am still surprised that I lasted in that apartment and the complex the whole year leasenI consider myself to be clinically clean and quiet so dealing with insects bad neighbors and maintenance caused me anxiety every daynIf you would ask me what I would rate them it would be 0 more ... hide ...
