Apartments were overpriced and rundown. Electric bills were reaching $200-$300 monthly, probably because the place was as poorly insulated as a car with the windows open in the summer. They require a surety deposit, which is unheard of in apartment complexes. There's no washer/dryer hookup either, which is outdated. Roaches were an issue and insecticides could not fix the problem. Even opening the fridge showed roaches crawling in and out, making it difficult to store food in there. Around four months ago, I applied for an apartment online and requested to do a walk-through. When I arrived at the office, however, the woman there seemed surprised and told me that there was no available apartment to view. A couple of weeks later, a different lady called me, who was much more professional. She asked if I was still interested in the apartment and noted that my credit score, income, and criminal background were all in good standing. She said it would be ready to view by the end of July/beginning of August, but when the time came around, I didn't hear anything. I contacted her back and she mentioned needing to go to court to evict the current occupant. It is now October and I never heard from them again. Luckily, I was able to find another place to go. Wouldnt recommend moving here Yes its quiet but management doesnt fix anything no one ever is in the office or answer concerning your rent or lease agreement And they have pest problems
