Recently, our refrigerator stopped working, so we alerted the front office two hours before they closed that it was an emergency. Recently, our refrigerator stopped working, so we alerted the front office two hours before they closed that it was an emergency. In the fridge, we had around $500 to $600 worth of insulin, so this was a grave situation. Despite telling us that someone from maintenance would come, no one showed up. By luck, I managed to get an extension cord long enough to get the fridge back up and running. My wife had to call again at noon the next day before someone was sent over to fix the problem. It's disheartening that no one from the property has acknowledged how critical this mistake could have been. We were already debating moving because another tenant said rent would be increasing by about $400, and this blunder sealed the deal. It's indisputable that the people here and from MC Companies (we contacted the corporate office, too) have no regard for their tenants. more ...
