My late Sister lived there & liked living there! EXCEPT FOR€¦ The ONLY LAUNDRY ROOM IS ON THE 4th FLOOR & THERE ARE ONLY 3 WASHERS & DRYERS FOR 40 plus Apartments. Several residents loiter in that area & hang out to socialize & to people watch at any given time. They have RECREATION ROOM TO SOCIALIZE IN & SHOULD NOT BE PERMITTED TO SIT IN THAT LOBBY. Some elderly folks often have hearing issues & make remarks about the comings & goings of residents & their visitors not realizing how loudly they are speaking & can be heard by all especially the person they are discussing.
