I rented here from Aaron Goolsby with Covington Associates He is amazing and if you have any issues he will get them resolved right away I would rate this property 5 stars but the property management company Chris Dumestre is HORRIBLE There are thinI rented here from Aaron Goolsby with Covington Associates He is amazing and if you have any issues he will get them resolved right away I would rate this property 5 stars but the property management company Chris Dumestre is HORRIBLE There are things that the property manager would have to handle and they never answer the phone or return voicemails I initially called them to rent a condo before knowing of Mr Goolsby and they left a key outisde for me to view the unit alone after many missed appointments and when I called them back to let them know I wanted to rent the unit they never returned my calls They have been reported to the BBB many times so you can review their ratings there also Covington Associates need to buy the entire subdivision and it would be a great place Im pretty sure the units that are cheaply done are those owned by Chris Dumestre because they all have different owners and are different mine was very updatedmore ...hide ...
