Apartments are beautiful and staff is amazing Office staff are always friendly and helpful they get back to you very quickly I appreciate all of the fun seasonal activities they provide that makes the complex feel more like a community Grounds are ke Apartments are beautiful and staff is amazing Office staff are always friendly and helpful they get back to you very quickly I appreciate all of the fun seasonal activities they provide that makes the complex feel more like a community Grounds are kept clean and tidy Maintenance staff are fantastic They spray for insects Ive never seen even a single spider and change filters regularly Maintenance is very friendly prompt and efficient Often I would suggest doing this all the time they send a text on what daytime frame they will be by I so appreciate not being caught off guard and having the ability to plan around this You guys are doing a great job Thank you Stonegate staff more ... hide ...

Rafael at the leasing office is absolutely wonderful at what he does I went in for a tour and though there werent any available units to look at he did show me a virtual tour and walk me through the rooms on the screen He also has a genuine heart to Rafael at the leasing office is absolutely wonderful at what he does I went in for a tour and though there werent any available units to look at he did show me a virtual tour and walk me through the rooms on the screen He also has a genuine heart to help out all who walk in the door he was very informative about the area recognized that moving is stressful and a big life decision and was very understanding of what I needed in an apartment cost accessibility amenities safety etc Rafael knows a lot of his tenants by name and keeps good rapport with them as well which is a very nice thing to see in touring a potential future home Very pleasant experience Havent lived there but from what I saw and felt it seems like a great place to live more ... hide ...
