I even specifically stated in my notice to vacate that I would like them to notify me ahead of time of any charges outside of wear and tear. No one ever communicated anything about these charges! When I was scheduling a time the management that I spoke with was very, professional and polite. It was a breath of fresh air. We were shown a unit, and we looked around the unit. While looking at the unit the management representative let us look at our own pace. She answered all of our questions. We were very impressed with the unit and the management representative. We were pleased with the management and the entire complex we decided to make it our new home. We would recommend everyone to schedule an appointment to look at Hamlet Apartments.
