After months of attempting to reduce the charges, I can confirm that the management at Haverkamp does not recognize normal wear and tear, and will charge for the slightest dust on items, or even if the light bulb is not the exact one they want. We were even charged for toilet seats being broken, even though they were not in the pictures taken when we moved out. All in all, these charges amounted to more than $1000, and the itemized receipt wasn't provided to me until almost 3 months after, despite being legally required to do so within 30 days. more ... hide ...
