Very outdated Terribe laundry facilities Terrible management Avoid this place

My sister lives there and loves it

Lived here twice four years ago and moved back At first we were concerned with bugs but they took care of the problem and have been since we moved in it was a big concern So far havent seen any in a while But Ive been on the management as well about Lived here twice four years ago and moved back At first we were concerned with bugs but they took care of the problem and have been since we moved in it was a big concern So far havent seen any in a while But Ive been on the management as well about it since we moved in September So far its quiet barely hear neighbors maybe if they drop something thats about the only time other than that its quiet Has floor heaters which is fine not a big deal its actually cheaper than central heat anyway We do have central air which is amazing in the summer We dont spend an arm and a leg here they do allow cats but not dogs Dogs are not even allowed on property to visit unless they are service animals keep this in mind Comes with a lot of space and closets which is what we needed we moved from an upgraded apartment to here and we dont mind it at all considering we have extra storage a dining room and a giant closet in the dining room for our storage and a patio The only thing it does not have is a washer and dryer they do have laundry on site but its not great and not updated Sometimes its hard to even get a machine to wash clothes the dryers suck unless you can spend two hours drying it by that time people touch your laundry and move it out without asking even if your two minutes late So we go to a laundry mat instead Less time less hassle Jerry is mostly available if you need him We have seen deer here and the lake is pretty Keep in mind these apartments are not wheelchair accessible when looking The only negative really is parking some people have four or five cars and park up front with them meaning your walking a distance sometimes to get to your apartment Mail is on time at noon everyday Hallways are cleaned weekly Havent had much crime We keep to ourselves mainly Other than that not much wrong its in a good location its nice and right where we want to be in town Movie theater across the street some good restaurants and Panera Perkins even a place to get your hair cut and glasses even has a couple of gyms nearby more ... hide ...

Dont expect Jerry to provide any maintenance Instead we where provided with rude notes riddled with spelling errors The property manager here does not see you as a customer but as an imposition His rude demeanor and impolite gruff attitude make him a Dont expect Jerry to provide any maintenance Instead we where provided with rude notes riddled with spelling errors The property manager here does not see you as a customer but as an imposition His rude demeanor and impolite gruff attitude make him a man to avoid I spent plenty of time ducking and avoiding him so that I wouldnt have to hear him complain about trivialities such as parking or ash trays He doesnt respect your time or privacy Lights on the building exterior that where broken when I moved in are broken now as I move out In the winter the building got below 60 degrees many days In August or early September Jerry shut the air conditioning off for the season Many days it was above 78 Just save yourself the hassle and dont move to this beautiful complexe until they fire this guy more ... hide ...
