The personnel have always been kind to me since day one, addressing me by name when I enter the office and doing their utmost to help me with the leasing process. They kept me in the loop up to the moment I moved in. I am in love with my apartment due to the ample rooms, in-unit washer and dryer, plenty of storage, a roomy patio, and how clean the hallways and interior entrances are. My neighbors were very nice, introducing themselves and welcoming me to the building. Another plus is the secured building entrance, which is a relief in such insecure times. All in all, I am very pleased here and sure I made the correct choice. The only downside I have noticed is the caretaking of the grounds, which is not up to par. The grass is mowed, but tree limbs, twigs, leaves, and debris are not cleared away from the lawns, footpaths, and parking lots. I am hoping that this is something that can be attended to by the groundskeeper and improved. I would definitely recommend Somerset to anyone looking for a great place to live.
