I have lived here since about 2009 Cant afford to move someplace better Supposed to be a secure building but the doors are always open Electronic locks on the doors were replaced a few months ago and have still never been turned on so the building I have lived here since about 2009 Cant afford to move someplace better Supposed to be a secure building but the doors are always open Electronic locks on the doors were replaced a few months ago and have still never been turned on so the building is not as secure as it should be Have had my car broken into numerous times so had to break down and rent a garage I can barely afford Have also been the victim of a home invasion and the rental insurance management requires you to have didnt pay a dime During this pandemic I have had trouble paying my rent on time but management has been somewhat understanding more ... hide ...

Just moved in to a 3rd floor 2 bedroom Carpet needs recleaned but the landlord was very helpful and offered to have this done quickly Very beautiful view and all the neighbors I have met have been very sweet

Management is friendly and will do their best to help with whatever you need. Parking is fine. Not a lot of crazy children running around the parking lot.
