Worst experience ever I put a deposit down a month ago hoping to have my apartment ready by the time I moved to Iowa especially since I was on a tight schedule due to being in the military and having all my stuff in a u haul They started the processWorst experience ever I put a deposit down a month ago hoping to have my apartment ready by the time I moved to Iowa especially since I was on a tight schedule due to being in the military and having all my stuff in a u haul They started the process like a week before I left Virginia I was told everything was going to be good for the date that I asked I got here and they kept asking for more and more stuff and extending the move in date At that point I decided to look for other apartments because I had a set schedule due to being in the MILITARY I found one and I got my keys that same day I asked for my deposit due to this not being my fault but I was told I could not get it back unless I was disapprove which I agree however like I said it wasnt my fault that they took to long and I had to find somewhere else to stay so thats why I would like my deposit backmore ...hide ...
I dont recommend living here Terrible management I lived here for two years and management changed 45 times while I was therennProsn Great locationn Nice apartmentsn Tenants are nicen Rooftop is nicen Washer and dryer in my unitnnConsn Fire alarms goI dont recommend living here Terrible management I lived here for two years and management changed 45 times while I was therennProsn Great locationn Nice apartmentsn Tenants are nicen Rooftop is nicen Washer and dryer in my unitnnConsn Fire alarms go off occasionally and everyone in the building has to evacuate via stairs I lived on the 13th floorn utilities is unfair they charge based on number of occupants and square footage of your apartment because they dont have individual meters so if you live here blast your ACheat because the bill is going to be split amongst all of the other tenantsn my thermostat broke the last couple months I was there and they never fixed it even though they said they would so I had no heat Jan and Feb they did offer a space heatern another tenant I met said his AC broke this was summer time and had been broken for a monthn not getting my deposit back even though I gave them 30 day notice I was moving out cleaned my apartment very thoroughly never put holes in the wall to hang things and did a final walk through with building management and I have a signed checklistn they said I had an unpaid rent balance because their system said I paid 1450 in rent even though I paid 1150 I told them to look at my rent payment history and even sent them a printout from their office saying how much rent I owed the last two months I was there I havent gotten a response yetn after moving out I kept receiving the utility bill Management said theyd take my name off but the following month I received another bill I asked them to fix it or give me contact info for the utility company I havent received a responsen windows dont openn the fire pit thing on the rooftop was never fixed while I was theren my neighbor was stuck outside once because he forgot his key fob and called building management to let him in They did not answer He eventually found management and the building maintenance guy in the office sitting around not doing anything He was not happy He ended up moving outn I was told that tenants on the lower floors hear a lot of street noisennI was never late on rent was a good tenant and never gave them trouble I blame the constant change in management for all of the cons Again I do not recommend living here I wish I could give this review negative five starsmore ...hide ...

This place is the only apartment my daughter moved into on her own. She was attacked in her own apartment and beat for over 24 hours by the people that claim to be related to the female manager. When I spoke with the detective on the case about it, he said after he did some investigating he recommended we have her worker move her asap. Her worker is taking the manager side without getting the detective version as of this date. He didnt deny or verify the managers potential involvement, in my opinion he was uneasy about it though. The camera was facing my daughters door, they made her send the police away when they were informed they were coming. This is the only building I have ever seen that put something about \" mold\" being known ( watch the wording) . My daughter has allergies and asthma her worker of many years knew about and yet she still was placed in such a location. This place is horrible in so many unspeakable ways.more ...hide ...
