From the time I moved in last August to now, the staff, maintenance crew, and property manager have been incredibly helpful. My requests have been met with great understanding and assistance. I highly recommend living here to anyone seeking a peaceful, respectable place. My packages were left undisturbed outside my door for days, and the community is friendly and hosts fun events every month. Parking was never a problem, and maintenance always attended to any needs in a prompt manner. A special thank you to Kim for not forgetting about my drinks that were left in my fridge during my move out. Highly recommended!more ...hide ...

Good luck finding a parking space after coming home from work cuz there seems to be alot of people / cars that dont move ..prolly due to the fact they dont work and dont go anywhere oh. And always a plus..cant get a good nights sleep due to the must be tweaker living above me whos only mission in life is to keep me up all night..pacing the floor. And dont forget the ankle biting dog in the apt. Below..who cant seem to be quiet for more than an hour at a time..yap yap yap . Yay!! No..dont recommend these apartments..at all!!more ...hide ...

We had an older, pre-remodeled 1b apartment (2020) and we experienced a bat (!) in our apartment (which the kind maintenance guy seemed way too familiar with), and some very wet sink issues. Luckily, service was always quick and they were available even during odd hours. However, be careful when moving out. We were docked probably several hundred dollars because we werent present during checkout, some of which was presumably for damage that had 1. already existed in the apartment, 2. didnt get fixed after we moved out, and 3. didnt get fixed after the apartment was remodeled and recarpeted. In light of this, we werent happy that they took such a huge portion of our deposit, and would warn tenants to be diligent and prepared during the move-out process.more ...hide ...
