Getting Anawim to honor repair requests is basically impossible unless situation risks death Promised closet doors upon lease signing That was 18 months ago Still no closet doors If i was the child of a anawim worker I can assume I wouldve had closet Getting Anawim to honor repair requests is basically impossible unless situation risks death Promised closet doors upon lease signing That was 18 months ago Still no closet doors If i was the child of a anawim worker I can assume I wouldve had closet doors by now The list is long and has been laat 3 places i lived on anawim Staff are courteous an helpful in other areas but maintenance has been chronic years Its nit an accident in my opinion My chain on ceiling fan light has never even been looked at in 6 months I have chronic vision disabilities Guess they dont think it warrants me having better lighting so i avoid hurting my self Holes in drwall w insulation seeping in via dust particles Dryer above me blows lint into my bathroom A rat is pissing stains in my ceiling tile in bathroom Its obvious the rat hangs out were the dryer heat is leaking above my ceiling tile in Bathroom So all i see is piss stains grow larger each month I complained upon move in 18 mo ago Multiple water line breaks leaking into my apt Damage to my dresser Drywall replaced but never finished Just raw untaped drywall Holes in wall behind fridge rodents use as highway My ceiling fan clicks and hums excessively when half way up in speed in bedroom so its impossible to sleep when using at speed that is effective Voids in storm windows wall mounted ac they refuse ti caulk in summers when i asked Then in winter they say its too cold to use caulk saying it wont dry Cockroach infestation cycles every 6 mo Which they play dumb for months untill controlled Capital apt has more excuses than answers on maintence They just enter my Apt at their leisure without 24 h notice When they give notice they dont show at all or they actually only give 22 hrs notice I mean everyone involved are completely impossible I have mor to say but this is enough of a example to understand my point Maintenance is a complete nightmare Maintenance asked i i woukd finish drywall repairs I said d ya if you pay me He said oh We have a guy thatll do it Its been 6 months nearly when is the drywall guy coming to finish Its oppression and aggravating the disrespect and dishonesty involved w repairs Neighbor is threatening me via text Texts given to Anawim Guess what No action in 2 months more ... hide ...

After all the time and all the application fees this place had a beautiful 2 bedroom in my budget with utilities included Thank you very much Cant wait to get settled in
