We were docked probably several hundred dollars because we werent present during checkout, some of which was presumably for damage that had 1. already existed in the apartment, 2. didnt get fixed after we moved out, and 3. didnt get fixed after the apartment was remodeled and recarpeted. In light of this, we werent happy that they took such a huge portion of our deposit, and would warn tenants to be diligent and prepared during the move-out process. more ... hide ...
