These apartments are beautiful The location is pretty good too The issue I have that resulted in a two star review is that the cost to rent a 1br is set just barely above what HUD will approve for 12 adults the limit is the same for one or two Its s These apartments are beautiful The location is pretty good too The issue I have that resulted in a two star review is that the cost to rent a 1br is set just barely above what HUD will approve for 12 adults the limit is the same for one or two Its such a small difference I saw it and got the impression they must have done it intentionally Im a student at Iowa Central and Im not a native resident of Ft Dodge Im just going to school here I live off campus and I get assistance from HUD while Im in school and this saves me a lot in tuition I would have loved to spend my time here at this building and I kinda felt like discriminated against more ... hide ...

Nothing else compares in Fort DodgenThis historical renovation is amazing This is the only community in town that offers amazing amenities like a community room with shuffle board and Foosball theater room fitness center and a dog wash station
