There are no cameras on site to protect residents or their belongings packages vehicles etcnnLaundry facility has a sign that says do not wash more that one load at once to avoid flooding and the machines are constantly out of ordernnThe Workout area There are no cameras on site to protect residents or their belongings packages vehicles etcnnLaundry facility has a sign that says do not wash more that one load at once to avoid flooding and the machines are constantly out of ordernnThe Workout area is smaller than a 1 bedroom apartment With old and useless equipmentnnLast year after waiting 4 weeks into summer you couldnt bring guest to the pool due to covid this year 3rd week of summer and the pool still hasnt opened due to life guard shortagesnnApartment buildings are hardly cleaned resulting in uncomfortable living conditions Tenants should not be forced to vacuum and maintain the appearance and well being of the complexnnIt seems like Loudoun arms only cares about receiving a rent payment and not the safety and happiness of their residents more ... hide ...

Worst complex I have ever lived at in my life Stay far away from this place The washers and dryers never work correctly If you call the office theyll tell you theres NO REFUND on their laundry room not working properly Theres ants and spiders that co Worst complex I have ever lived at in my life Stay far away from this place The washers and dryers never work correctly If you call the office theyll tell you theres NO REFUND on their laundry room not working properly Theres ants and spiders that come through the crevices of the bathroom and window seal that they dont respond to Overall horrible place to livennAND we were blamed for water damage INSIDE of a wall that leaked on a neighbors apartment with a threat of being EVICTED if happens againnnLast but not least they REFUSED to renew our lease because of the amount of toys and boxes we have in our apartment due to having kids Save yourself and dont come herennTheres a new property manager every few months and each one makes their own rules as they go along If I could give it zero stars I would more ... hide ...

I live there 3 years I use to have 2 cars registered in the complex they tow the summer one never send a notice so when I go to rescue him was to late I lost a 5000 car and the other one they try to tow it too and was register with the office too plu I live there 3 years I use to have 2 cars registered in the complex they tow the summer one never send a notice so when I go to rescue him was to late I lost a 5000 car and the other one they try to tow it too and was register with the office too plus the neighbors downstairs do false reports about childs and a Hispanic women living in my apartment that was false I am a single man nobody more than me live in the apartment so Powell show up in the apartment with out notice talk about it say in my face it wasnt personal what happen about my cars and that weekend the police show up in my apartment 3 times finding out that I was alone in the apartment no loud TV or music no childs no Hispanic women finding out that my neighbor down stairs was doing false reports say by the police it selfnever Powell apologize about the action she take In my experience its a horrible place to rent in dont recommend to anybodytake my advice rent some were else more ... hide ...
