My first encounter was with the Director Odette Facey. She has the best customer service skills! Very pleasant woman that goes/ went above and beyond to help me. Not one time did I receive any type of attitude from her. I called her so many times and she was as nice as the first time I called. She took me through the steps of what I needed, answered my million and one questions. I could hang up and call her right back again just as nice when I hung up. Odette is a caring person and is willing to help with anything you need PLUS give information you need that you didn€™t know. I know Odette is a valuable employee at the Promenade. If they every lose her they have really lost a true gem! Ÿ’Žmore ...hide ...

The maintenance staff and office personnel were accommodating and accessible on weekends for any major problems. As an example, when our toilet overflowed at 9:00 am on a Saturday, they arrived within 20 minutes and had it replaced within the hour. The area was ideal with Walmart/Price Chopper only a few minutes away and the bus line close by. Additionally, there was a gas station next door, McDonalds, and School House Pediatrician office which was very convenient for us as parents of a child. Crossgates mall and Stuyvesant Plaza were within walking distance, which was great for shopping around the holiday season when parking was scarce. We enjoyed participating in the annual picnics with the great music, food, and drinks. Furthermore, the tennis courts, table tennis in the clubhouse, and swimming in the summer were all amazing experiences. Unfortunately, my husband got a job in a different state, so we had to move out. Not to mention, the fall season in Woodlake is breathtakingly beautiful!more ...hide ...
