All the reviews regarding the numerous prohibited animals are accurate; you can spot around 10 pitbulls passing by your apartment every day and the one I lived in was in clear view of the office. The manager declared she likes to manage it as a community and has been with the property management for a long period. I should point out that if we had told my personnel something three times, one of the three different staff members should have written it down or requested that you do so. These people are not concerned and are trying to extract as much money from your pocket as possible. When we talked about the fact that our notice was not accepted even though we had told them, the fee for this being more than $1,300 she questioned, “So why not just stay for one more month here for $1,800?” Couldn't be any more foolish hahahaha. Additionally, we had a $800 desk delivered to the office twice; the first time they said they had never received it. The second time they also tried to say the same thing, but while I was in the 150 sq ft office room with the employee, the desk was right behind her.more ...hide ...

The walls/ceiling/floor were thin, there were single pane windows, and there were a lot of dangerous dogs and litter around the property. I had several close calls with these dogs when I was simply walking to my car, taking out the garbage or going to do the wash. On one occasion, a neighbor and their pit bull threatened me after the dog attempted to attack me. Another neighbor informed me that the same pit bull had already tried to attack people and other canines. I alerted the office, but they did nothing, saying that pit bulls were not permitted on the premises. However, there were many of them there. I waited for a few weeks, but the same problem with the dog and its owner arose. I informed the office that I needed to move out for the safety of myself and my pet. If my life is being threatened, I should not be required to adhere to the lease, particularly since the office could not provide me with a safe place to live. Now, Brittany Court is attempting to charge me over $2300 in penalties for leaving early. I tried to resolve the issue, but they made no attempt to make things right. I would assume a reasonable person would have been more compassionate. I would advise anyone to stay away from this apartment and spend a little extra money to go somewhere more secure.more ...hide ...

There has frequently been no working laundry facilities! There is a HUGE cockroach problem in addition to other pests to include lizards and wasps. Work orders/repairs do not get done. The AC works poorly when working. The floor plan is nice. Lots of sq. Footage. Large gated private back yards. Pretty quite complex. However there has been vandalism issues. The new property manager is #3 in the past few months. So far she seems quite overwhelmed by this run down property.Has Worked with government housing programs. All utilities included. Convenient location. Lots of leaks, mold and minor to major repair issues.more ...hide ...

And then we got a NEW OFFICE MANAGER, in January of 2022, and I went to the office and personally talked with her , and she actually listened to my complaints and she took care of everything and convinced me not to break my lease because the complaints and issues were taken care of. So I still recommend Ten50 apartments to live in. Great place, so peaceful and quite.more ...hide ...
