This place has turned into a horrible place to live Ive been here a year The Ac still goes all the time If the power goes out the main ac for the complex go down and has to be fixed That thing is getting fixed every other week If the washers and drye This place has turned into a horrible place to live Ive been here a year The Ac still goes all the time If the power goes out the main ac for the complex go down and has to be fixed That thing is getting fixed every other week If the washers and dryers are working better take every credit card you have because the card swiper doesnt work half the time but still put a hold on your cardnNeed something important mailed to the office Better hope theyre not to busy to let you know until 4 days laternNeed something fixed in your apartment better hope the one person doing the maintenance isnt on vacationnMy car was broken into they stole my gate card Go to the office to get a new one sorry the person working cant issue new cards Um so how do I get in the gatenWatch out for the pot holes along the entire drive to the back of the complexnEvery single thing I have needed has been an meet with some kind of excuse why it couldnt get donenAnd the best thing they want to raise the rent by 35nI can not wait to be outta here next monthnDO NOT MOVE IN HEREnLuxury living Lol more ... hide ...

If you dont like hot water this is the place for you Theres always some issue with hot water avoid this place

Ive stayed here at The Agave 9 months now and its been great every monthnI have a 1 bedroom renovated apartment and havent had any complains with ample AC flow in every room with likenew appliancesnI have one dog and the property is very accommodatin Ive stayed here at The Agave 9 months now and its been great every monthnI have a 1 bedroom renovated apartment and havent had any complains with ample AC flow in every room with likenew appliancesnI have one dog and the property is very accommodating with plenty of grass and an enclosed dirt dog park for dog relief and more than plenty doggy bag locations scattered across the property for picking up The property overall is tranquil with treespalm trees throughout and maintained walkways around each complexnThe amenities including gym dog park laundry facilities grillsgas grill pool tennis basketball court and handball court are all well maintained and incomparable in amount of amenities to any apartment in the areanThe Agave is a great apartment choice for any family cant beat the location management is on top of any help needed awesome neighbors quiet and accommodating to allnLooking forward to the coming months staying here and possibly renewing thanks for all more ... hide ...
