I would not suggest to anyone living here. I've been living in this condominium for almost a year. Initially, I moved to a newer apartment since they didn't have two bathrooms available. As soon as I shifted, I had to pay a fee of $150 again whichI would not suggest to anyone living here. I've been living in this condominium for almost a year. Initially, I moved to a newer apartment since they didn't have two bathrooms available. As soon as I shifted, I had to pay a fee of $150 again which was within two months of my stay. Anyhow, I paid the fee and shifted to the flat. Since then, I have switched the management three times but the issues are still persisting. For instance, the lights in my kids' rooms are not working since the beginning of December. There is a leakage under the sink, and the sink is falling apart. The blind curtains in my living room were already broken, and still have not been fixed. The ceiling of my suite is coming down and I have asked them to fix it multiple times, but no one has come to repair it. Even the bathroom door has stopped functioning and instead of fixing it they just painted it to make it look alright. Furthermore, they stole a quilt from the building's laundry, and recently my son's bike which was in front of my apartment was stolen from inside the building too. The administration hasn't done anything about these incidents. The pool is totally disgusting, filled with pigeon feces, and nothing is ever cleaned. Furthermore, whichever request is made to the administration is not taken into consideration. I have asked for a breach of contract without amore ...hide ...

This place was abominable. The manager was unprofessional due to their rudeness and attitude. They showed no empathy for people with disabilities and it was difficult for them to park in the handicap lot. Moreover, they This place was abominable. Moreover, they refused to provide deaf or hard hearing people with a strobe light for a fire alert. I lost my sense of smell for two years because I had tested positive for Covid-3 times and can't smell anything. They thought that a small green light flashing was sufficient - how ridiculous! I will find a way to demonstrate the rights of deaf people for health and safety, as the fire alert is of utmost importance. The managers do not care if someone breaks into a car or any other incidents. Also, there was this man I don't know who was living on the property and he was standing outside my door rubbing his groin, making me feel uncomfortable and anxious, so I called the police. I don't feel secure enough to stay here anymore and I hope to find a good place before my lease ends. For your information, please don't try to apply to live here, as the managers have three faces; they are not professional or friendly, and it isn't safe.more ...hide ...

I have been a resident here for almost 2 years. The only reason this review isn€™t 5 stars is because of the area but this review is about the complex. The staff there Jennifer , Wendy and last but not least Tomi , have helped me tremendously and went above and beyond on multiple occasions to make sure I had my issues taken care of. This place is in an area that has been this way as long as I€™ve lived here, 20 years. So you knew ahead of time where you were going so those folks need to stop. Considering the area these ladies have done the best they could to make this as safe and home like as possible and that€™s no easy task by any means.
