The office staff are disconcertingly unprofessional, exhibit racial prejudice, and behave as if they're 3 high schoolers with a penchant for being petty towards whoever they don't like that week—in my girlfriend's case, she experienced this hostility during her entire stay until they evicted her cruelly and unjustly. I visit my daughter and granddaughter often and absolutely adore the environment; it is tranquil, tidy and family-oriented. The management is particularly amiable, plus the presence of security gives me peace of mind.
