Pros: Affordable rent, safe neighborhood, two bedrooms and bathrooms, a closet in the living room, two doors (black fence and white metal). Cons: Roaches can easily get in through the small gap under the doors; the upstairs air conditioning unit was very loud and irritating; the walls were too delicate; the stairs were dangerous; random strangers frequently used the parking lot; the laundry room was full of spiders, dead bugs and lint; the washers and dryers didn't work properly and they even ruined our blankets; I'm pretty sure one of the neighbors stole my laundry detergent; the air conditioner leaked one time and caused water damage on the ceiling; and the bathroom wall would often get covered in black molds. We stayed here for 7 months, but in the end it wasn't worth it. more ... hide ...

Great location right on the bus line clean and affordable Definitely a great place to live for anyone who needs to be near irvington
