If the manager has a negative attitude towards you, it is practically over for you, as it will be reported to their boss. If you attempt to complain about them or something they are not doing correctly, they will put the blame on you. Although you can move here if you are in need of housing, corruption runs through the entire complex. They prefer to promote those they favor, instead of income-based. In terms of feeling safe and at ease, it depends on your neighbors. I have had past experiences with neighbors before I moved here, so that's on a personal level. Management will ignore any issues you tell them and I have even been recorded by another tenant just for entering my apartment. The quality of living is determined by the location of your unit, so please steer clear of these apartments. New tenants will suffer if they have no connection to anyone here. Ive been trying since DECEMBER 2017 to move into these apartments and have had nothing but trouble from them FIRST trying to promise an Apartment that someone was still living in getting my hopes up that I would be able to move in soon because the te Ive been trying since DECEMBER 2017 to move into these apartments and have had nothing but trouble from them FIRST trying to promise an Apartment that someone was still living in getting my hopes up that I would be able to move in soon because the tenant wasnt there then having to redo all of my paperwork MULTIPLE times because it kept expiring from them taking too long to get me in now and i finally had everything I needed and all paperwork up to date as of April they give me a move in date and and then im told they are put under new management and new management cant find the paperwork from April only the expired stuff so i have to go redo it all AGAIN to be able to move I have tried to move into other places the last 6 months Ive been dealing with this and hace had no luck thats the only reason why I kept up with these Apartments but I am now DONE This is very unprofessional and if this is how its going to be i can only image how it is to live there Worst service I have ever been thru more ... hide ...
