The staff at the office is nice enough, but we have already reported these problems to them three times and they have not done anything to fix them. Most of the problems have been around for months and we gave up trying to get them addressed, since our efforts seemed to be futile. When the flooding first happened, the water was dripping on me while I was in bed, yet the management did not even give us a discount on the rent, despite the fact that we had to move out for a week. If you are not looking forward to paying a lot of money to live in squalor, then I would strongly recommend you avoid living here. I also used their recommended app several times, but still have not obtained a reply. I have yet to have any communication regarding improving my experience here.
