Management is strict but on top of the overall health of the complex Maintenance is diligent The apartments are spacious and beautiful The rainbow office is great for low income families looking for help to advance in their educationcareers We tend t Management is strict but on top of the overall health of the complex Maintenance is diligent The apartments are spacious and beautiful The rainbow office is great for low income families looking for help to advance in their educationcareers We tend to get an abundant amount of notices for stuff Ive never had to do in my previous years of renting ex consent to view electric usage or charged randomly for exterior door cleaning etc There is an online portal to pay your rent BUT it is a 10 service fee for any and all transactions That is extremely high especially during COVID and in a lowincome housing complex Lets just say Ive had my fair share of ups and downs that I could probably write a novel about BUT it has gotten much better with equal communication and respect If you plan to rent here just dont come with any nonsense or thinking you can violate even the simplest rules or you will be held accountable Communicate with office staff and youll get along much easier when issues do happen more ... hide ...
