I have been living here going on two years .Although my apartment is the only one in this section that has not been up graded but yet my rent went up . What keeps me here is that I am very old fashioned computers are NOTI have been living here going on two years .Although my apartment is the only one in this section that has not been up graded but yet my rent went up . What keeps me here is that I am very old fashioned computers are NOT my thing . And anytime I have a problem or get frustrated ANNA in the office is my hero !!! She acts happy to help me out , I feel really dumb but she makes me feel not so dumb .... I€™ve seen her take care of 2 people at once and they walked out very happy ,I hope you keep her happy so she stays here she€™s a great person to talk to and she gets you answers like NOW . And with a smile . I would hate to see her leave at anytime so please acknowledge her and let her know what she means to you so we as a community can continue to love Anna !,,,, Also YOU MADE A GREAT MOVE GETTING THAT OLD MANAGER OUT OF HERE AND PUTTING ROQUEL , HUGE DIFFERENCE.., SHES THE BOMB TOO . What a comfortable place for aging family. We toured with Kaylee (move in coordinator) and Joe (executive director) and everyone knew them and they knew everyone by name. The common areas were amazing: billiards, fire places, library, reading areas, happy hour bar, pool, shuffleboard, game rooms, etc., lots of activities and participation and a warm and welcoming feeling. We even came back for a second tour with Erics Mom on very short notice and were given the grand tour including several units. A great place to call home when home isnt the best option anymore.
