The only issue is the parking is a bit chaotic unless you live in the rear area of the apartments. On the initial day I had three vehicles - me and two relatives - to assist me with moving since I have large furniture but when we were trying to move them into the apartment on the first night, there were already unkind occupants calling the tow company to take away our cars that had been there for 10 minutes. Even after we told them we are just relocating and the cars will be gone in less than 30 minutes (the impolite resident was LEAVING her spot for the day and observed one of us arrive and STAYED to contact the towing company on us) I know it is out of frustration since a lot of people probably park there unlawfully. The other tenant who was there when this was happening said they have been on the waiting list for a suitable parking spot for SIX months. If you move in, consider if you or your roommates have different cars. But the apartment is stunning!!! Not a single grievance. The only thing is the safety side, going a long way from my parking spot to my apartment, there isn't very bright lighting in the complex itself, all of the pet owners taking their dog to the restroom had their phone flashlights on, definitely observe some personal safety measures such as pepper spray.more ...hide ...

The manager was unprofessional due to their rudeness and attitude. They showed no empathy for people with disabilities and it was difficult for them to park in the handicap lot. Moreover, they refused to provide deaf or hard hearing people with a strobe light for a fire alert. I lost my sense of smell for two years because I had tested positive for Covid-3 times and can't smell anything. They thought that a small green light flashing was sufficient - how ridiculous! I will find a way to demonstrate the rights of deaf people for health and safety, as the fire alert is of utmost importance. The managers do not care if someone breaks into a car or any other incidents. Also, there was this man I don't know who was living on the property and he was standing outside my door rubbing his groin, making me feel uncomfortable and anxious, so I called the police. I don't feel secure enough to stay here anymore and I hope to find a good place before my lease ends. For your information, please don't try to apply to live here, as the managers have three faces; they are not professional or friendly, and it isn't safe.more ...hide ...

The only reason this review isn€™t 5 stars is because of the area but this review is about the complex. The staff there Jennifer , Wendy and last but not least Tomi , have helped me tremendously and went above and beyond on multiple occasions to make sure I had my issues taken care of. This place is in an area that has been this way as long as I€™ve lived here, 20 years. So you knew ahead of time where you were going so those folks need to stop. Considering the area these ladies have done the best they could to make this as safe and home like as possible and that€™s no easy task by any means. I needed a home and they provided me one and I€™m both grateful and thankful for that . Thank you.more ...hide ...
