I have lived here over 8 years and I LOVE it here Yes there have been times when management wasnt available but if I needed to discuss something with the manager I would just call the number listed on the office door and someone would contact me the I have lived here over 8 years and I LOVE it here Yes there have been times when management wasnt available but if I needed to discuss something with the manager I would just call the number listed on the office door and someone would contact me the same day without fail It is mostly quiet here with the exception of summer breaks and people using the pool which I live next to The noise has not been an issue for me though The rent has gone up over the years which reflects the normal cost of living increases that happen to everyone I think it is a great value for the location and size of my apartment I plan on staying here for the foreseeable future It is close to my doctors grocery stores and Park Place Mall Our current manager Loretta is quick to resolve any issues I have regarding maintenance and shes a great lady And our main maintenance man is awesome more ... hide ...

The manager was unprofessional due to their rudeness and attitude. They showed no empathy for people with disabilities and it was difficult for them to park in the handicap lot. The managers do not care if someone breaks into a car or any other incidents. Also, there was this man I don't know who was living on the property and he was standing outside my door rubbing his groin, making me feel uncomfortable and anxious, so I called the police. I don't feel secure enough to stay here anymore and I hope to find a good place before my lease ends.
