Ive lived here for about 11 months Throughout this time theyve continuously have had Roaches ac problems and leaks and water heater problems I spoke with 3 different managers in less than 11 months 1 month ago I spoke with the current manager abou Ive lived here for about 11 months Throughout this time theyve continuously have had Roaches ac problems and leaks and water heater problems I spoke with 3 different managers in less than 11 months 1 month ago I spoke with the current manager about my window and door problems and my upstairs neighbor making my home smell like an ash tray The manager said sorry well take care of it Literally nothing changed and I spoke with him this morning This time the manager stated I cant do anything for you I have 200 work orders yours are not importnant I can lease your apartment in no time Have respect for yourselves and find anywhere else to live more ... hide ...

I am currently a tenant here and Im not really sure where to start The management team is not the worse and they do try to help but I think the issue is the owner I have heard stories of the owner not taking responsibilities to fix things around the I am currently a tenant here and Im not really sure where to start The management team is not the worse and they do try to help but I think the issue is the owner I have heard stories of the owner not taking responsibilities to fix things around the apartment For example our main issue right now is hot water The heater has been broken for months and we were kept being told that they are trying to fix it but parts arent even being ordered There have been water leaks around the property and the maintenance team does absolutely nothing to help When putting in maintenance request it takes weeks or even months to get anything done Please just save your money and look somewhere else more ... hide ...
