The management there is non existent and the maintenance there is a joke. They moved me into an appartment with a stove that had only 1 working eye. It took them 4 months to fix it. My roof leaked in my bedroom and I had to move everything out of that room for 2 months while they fixed the issue (only took them about an hour to fix). Full transparency on costs is greatly appreciated and the automated application process was a breeze. It took very little time to get our paperwork completed and we are set with our move in date.
